He is the current Director of Information Technology and Digital Marketing at Keller Williams Advantage and Keller Williams Experience. During his tenure he has conducted online lessons and one-on-one coaching, about KW Command to help improve efficiency, improve productivity, and increase revenue.

A graduate of Computer Science majoring in Artificial Intelligence and Database Systems, he helps to ensure the growth of agents and market centers. His broad experience with various CRMs such as Salesforce, E-Edge, Mojo DB, Agent Locator, Top Producer and of course, KW Command allows him to help others grow their skills and business to the next level.

As the Real Estate Industry face the new normal, Carlos continues to help each person one step at a time with passion, dedication, and heart.
